摘　　要：在由传统图书馆到电子图书馆或数字图书馆的发展过程中,高校图书馆经历了文献管理、文献信息管理、网络信息管理的诸阶段,并将逐步建立和拓展知识管理。高校图书馆的知识管理将以人为中心,以信息为基础,以技术为手段,以知识创新为目标,这样可以充分激活“人”与“技术”这两大管理要素,使图书馆的资源得到盘活并对其进行有效的组合,进而深化图书馆管理,实现服务方式、手段和内容的创新。In the evolution process from traditional libraries to electronic or digital libraries, university libraries have experienced the following stages：document management, document information manage- ment and network information management. They will furthur establish and expand the knowledge management gradually. The knowledge management in university libraries should be focused on the people, based on the information, guaranteed by information technology and targeted on knowledge innovation. All these measures can stimulate two basic management elements, namely human resource and technology. This can effectively activate and integrate library resources. It can also improve the library management so that the innovation of service, method and content can be achieved.
