微波子宫内膜消除术治疗血液病引起的子宫异常出血的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨微波子宫内膜消除术（MEA）治疗血液病引起的子宫异常出血的疗效及影响因素。方法应用微波子宫内膜消除术治疗经药物治疗失败的23例血液病子宫异常出血患者,其中血小板减少性紫癜12例、再生障碍性贫血11例。结果手术时间180~410s,平均（284±70）s,术后第1、3、6、12、24个月进行随访,闭经率60.8%（14/23）,满意率95.6%（22/23）。术中无并发症发生,无子宫切除患者。结论MEA治疗血液病患者的子宫异常出血效果可靠。Objective To evaluate the effect and the influencing factors of microwave endometrial ablation （MEA） in treatment of abnormal endometrorrhagia due to hematopathy. Methods 23 of 111 patients with drug treatment failure, among which 12 patients were with thrembocytopenic purpura and 11 with aplastic anemia, were treated by MEA. Results The operation time was between 180 and 410 seconds with an average of 284 ±70 seconds; Follow - up was carried out after the 1st , 3rd , 6th , 12th and 24th months of the operation; Amenia rate was 60. 8% （14/23） with a rate of satisfaction of 95.6% （22/ 23）. No intra - operative complication occurred, and no hysterectomy needed to be done on anyone. Conclusion MEA is a reliable method of hemostasis effect on abnormal endometrorrhagia in patients with hemotopathy.
