摘 要:采用PCR-RFLP(MspⅠ)方法分析了湖北白猪杂交后代共计228头猪的MyoG基因外显子2、3及内含子2和5′-端调控区域遗传多态性,利用最小二乘模型分析了杂交后代MyoG基因型对相关生产性能的影响。结果表明:在PCR1MspⅠ-RFLP位点上,杂交后代的优势基因型为AA型,没有发现纯合BB型;在PCR2MspⅠ-RFLP位点上,杂交后代表现为单态,没有发现梅山猪特异性MspⅠ多态性酶切位点;不同基因型间个体初生重、20日龄重、日增重、瘦肉率、肌内脂肪含量等生产性能差异不显著。The genetic variation of 5′-Up stream region and the second extron,third extron,second intron of MyoG gene in 228 Hubei white pig crossbred were detected by PCR-RFLP with Msp Ⅰ. Mean- while,effects of different PCR-RFLP genotypes of the MyoG gene of crossbreed on related productive traits were analyzed by least square analysis. The results showed as follows. The dominant genotype of the crossbreed was AA genotype at the PCR1- Msp Ⅰ -RFLP site but there were no BB genotype; and the crossbreed had no polymorphism at PCR2- Msp Ⅰ -RFLP site; influences of different genotypes had no significant influence on birth weight, 20 d weight, ADG, lean rate, IMF content and etc.
