LHRH-A_3对溆浦鹅种鹅产蛋性能和生殖内分泌的影响

摘　　要：300日龄健康溆浦鹅种鹅300羽,随机分成5组,每组3个重复,每个重复20羽(公母比例1∶4),每间隔10 d分别注射不同剂量LHRH-A3(0、5、10、15、20μg/羽),研究其对溆浦鹅种鹅繁殖的影响。结果表明:注射10μg/羽和15μg/羽LHRH-A3组产蛋率、血清雌二醇浓度显著提高,料蛋比显著降低,10μg/羽组血清孕酮浓度显著升高;20μg/羽组产蛋率及血清中孕酮和雌二醇的浓度均显著降低,蛋重、蛋形指数和料蛋比显著升高。Three hundred Xupu breeder geese（300 days of age）were randomly assigned to one of five treatments with three replicates in each one and injected with LHRH-A3 with different dose （0 μg, 5 μg, 10 μg, 15 μg and 20 μg per bird, respectively）. The results were summarized as follows：The rate of eggs production and the concentration of serumal estradiol of Xupu breeder geese increased significantly in 10 μg and 15 μg per bird treatment, and feed intake/egg production reduced. Only in 10 μg treatment, the concentration of progesterone increased. Interestingly, the rate of egg production, percentage of hatch and concentration of serumal estradiol and progesterone reduced significantly in 20 μg treatment,while the average egg weight, the index of egg shape and feed intake/egg production increased significantly. The results indicated that no more than 20 μg per bird should be applied and when the administration of LHRH-A3 is 10 μg and 15 μg per bird, the laying capability, egg quality of Xupu breeder geese was stimulated,and the concentration of estradiol and progesterone in serum dropped significantly.
