摘　　要：对药品集中招标采购进行了积极的探索。实行药品请购采购流程管理、药库作业流程管理、盘点及内控稽核作业管理、药品退缴库作业管理等多项改革与规范，使药品采购及相关药品管理纳入了正规化轨道。The mechanism of drug purchasing by inviting public bidding is actively explored. Multiple reform and standardization measures are implemented to regularize the project of drug purchasing and correlated drug management, and these measures include drug purchase requisition and procurement process management, drug storehouse operation process management, inventory management and internal controlled audit operation management, and drug storage operation management.
