应对“齐二药”假药危机事件的做法

摘　　要：医院发现在使用齐齐哈尔第二制药有限公司生产的亮菌甲素之后，病人出现急性肾功能衰竭症状，立即停用该可疑药物，全力救治病人。经过认真排查，确定亮菌甲素注射液中含有对人体有害物质二甘醇。事件发生后，医院依靠省委、省政府的周密部署、统筹协调，卫生、公安、司法、宣传、食品药品监督管理等有关部门和单位的紧密配合，采取及时、果断措施，进行科学鉴定，正确引导舆论，耐心安抚病人和家属，积极开展善后处理等工作，使事态得到及时有效的控制，为医疗卫生突发事件的处理提供了经验。Following the use of Armillarisin A made by the Qiqihar No. 2 Pharmaceutical Co. , Ltd, patients were found to show symptoms of acute renal failure. The use of suspicious drug was immediately ceased and patients were given full medical treatment. After careful investigation, the fact that the Armillarisin A injection contains the harmful material diethylene glycol was identified. After the incident, relying on the careful deployment and coordination by provincial party committee and government as well as close cooperation of health, public security, judicial, publicity, food and drug supervision and management departments, the hospital can take timely and decisive measures to carry out scientific identification, correctly guide public opinion, patiently pacify patients and their families, actively deal with the aftermath, so that the incident is promptly and effectively managed. This may provide experience for the management of medical incident.
