摘  要:为解决35 kV开关柜触头盒存在局部电场过高、电场分布不均匀的问题,利用Ansoft软件包建立有限元模型,对触头盒的电场分布进行仿真计算,得到了电场分布图、场中的电场强度的最大值、典型位置的电场分布曲线;讨论了电场分布的一些特征,为触头盒结构优化设计的改进提供参考;通过比较其最大场强值,优化出最佳方案。根据仿真结果,采用在触头与内腔连接处涂刷半导体漆改进触头盒结构,从而使电场局部集中问题得到改善,使电场分布更加均匀。In accordance with problems of the exorbitance of partial electric field and the non-uniform electric field,the paper simulates electric field distribution of a contact box by using the software Ansoft,which is based on the finite element method.The paper analyzes two-dimensional electric field of the contact box by the finite element method.The electric field distribution graph,the electric-field intensity maximum value and the typical position electric field distribution curve are also given.The position of the exorbitance of partial electric field is obtained by calculating and analyzing the electric field of the contact box.Some distinguishing features of the electric field distribution are also discussed.According to the simulation results,the structure of contact box is improved by painting semiconductor lacquer at the suitable position.By comparing the electric-field intensity maximum value,the optimum programme is given.According to the simulation result,the method which spreads the semiconductor paint at the contact and the cavity attachment point is used to improve the structure of the contact box.Thus the problem of electric field partial centralism is solved to some extent,and the electric field distribution is more uniform.By optimizing the structure of the contact box,a structure type which improves the contact box's electric field distribution and satisfies the craft requirements is given.
