摘　　要：对电磁纯铁连铸板坯和热轧圆钢进行了低倍观察,并对圆钢中的夹杂物进行了分析。结果表明:钢中夹杂物主要是呈链状或簇状分布的氧化铝,大部分夹杂物是尺寸不大于5μm的微细夹杂物,同时存在少量尺寸为100～500μm的低倍夹杂物。根据该钢种氧化铝夹杂物的来源,提出了控制钢中低倍夹杂物的工艺措施。Macro check were carried on continuous casting slab and round steel of magnetic iron, inclusions in round steel were analyzed. The result showed that the inclusions in round steel are mainly Al2O3, which distributed like chain or cluster, and the size of most inclusions is less than 5μm, a few marco inclusions with size 100-500 pan also exist in the steel On the basis of the source of inclusions, improvements of the process for controlling the macro inclusions in the steel were put forward.
