摘 要:硅渣及其附液中含氧化铝,返回配料造成无效循环,使工序产能降低。试验发现固相钙硅渣在碳酸钠溶液中能分解溶出氧化铝。在工业实践中,用碳分母液溶出混合硅渣,控制适当条件可使固相中氧化铝的回收率达到29.16%,附液中氧化铝的回收率达到57.4%。在烧结法氧化铝工厂熟料量不变的条件下,可增加氧化铝产量,降低生产成本,还可获得增产所带来的销售利润。The silica slag and its adhering liquid both contain alumina, and if they were returned to the mixture, it would cause noneffective recycle and result in decrease of process capacity.Through test. It was found that we could recover alumina when the solid-phase silica slag was decomposed and digested in sodium carbonate solutions. In the actual production, mixing silica slag was digested from carbon-separation mother liquid, and if the condition was controlled properly, the recovery rate of alumina could reach 29.16% from solid-phase and 57.4% from the adhering liquid. Without any change of agglomerated material' s quantity in the factory of sintering-process alumina, this method of recovering alumina could increase the alumina output, decrease the production cost, and gain more benefit from output increase.
