摘　　要：目的总结磨削加自体超薄皮片移植术临床应用效果。方法2005年1月至2006年12月用磨削加自体超薄皮片移植术治疗瘢痕346例。结果创面愈合时间10～14d。痊愈145例，显效176例，有效25例。结论磨削加自体超薄皮片移植术治疗瘢痕安全、有效。Objective To investigate the clinical application of scar dermabrasion and autogenous ultrathin skin grafting. Method From Jan. 2005 to Dec, 2006, a total 346 scar patients were treated with dermabrasion and autogenous ultra-thin skin grafting. Results The wound surface was cured in 10 ～ 14 days, The curative results were achieved in 145 cases, good in 176 and effective in 25 cases. Conclusions Scar dermabrasion and autogenous ultra-thin skin grafting is a good and safe technique for superfic scars.
