摘　　要：MMP/TIMP的平衡失调参与了房颤者心房结构重构特别是心房纤维化的发生和发展。以此作为靶点可以为风湿性心瓣膜病房颤的治疗提供新的思路。本文就MMPs、TIMPs的结构、生物学特性、功能、调控以及其在房颤治疗方面的进展作一综述。The of MMPs/TIMPs disbalance participates in the atrial structural remodeling in patients with atrial fibrillation, especially in atrial fibrosis cases, which may provide a new therapeutic approach for atrial fibrillation in rheumatic valvular disease. The structure, bionomics, function, regulation and its relative therapeutic progress of MMPs/TIMPs are reviewed in this article.
