摘  要:用改良刮制法观测了13个早稻品种剑叶、20个晚稻品种上三叶的气孔特性,比较了常规稻与杂交稻气孔差异,并对气孔密度、长度与宽度之间的相关性进行了分析.结果表明,气孔密度变幅大于气孔长度与宽度;早稻杂交稻剑叶气孔密度、长度与宽度大于常规稻;剑叶气孔长度与宽度呈显著正相关,但长度、宽度与密度相关性不显著;晚稻杂交稻剑叶气孑L密度大于常规稻,倒二叶、倒三叶均要小于常规稻;而杂交稻上三片功能叶气孔长度均大于常规稻;杂交稻倒三叶气孔宽度大于常规稻,其他2叶均比常规稻小;上三片功能叶气孔长度与密度、气孔宽度与密度均表现为显著负相关关系,而气孔长度与宽度呈显著正相关.The stomata characteristics of rice plant leaves, including stomata length, width and density of 13 early rice varieties and 20 late rice varieties, were measured by using the desiliconization and scraping into shape methods. The differences of stomata characters between the conventional rice and hybrid rice were compared and analyzed by the relativities among stomata density, length and width. The results showed the variation range of stomata density was more than any other characters. The flag leaf stomata length, width and density of early hybrid rice was more than that of conventional rice. There were significant positive correlations between flag leaf stomata length and width, but no significant correlations existed between stomata length, width and density in early rice. During late rice season, the density of hybrid flag leaf stomata was more than the conventional rice, but for the second and the third leaf were less and stomata length of up three leaves of hybrid rice were more than the conventional one. As for the stomata width, only the third leaf of hybrid rice was more than that of conventional rice. There existed the significant negative correlated between stomata length and density, as well as between stomata width and density, however stomata length was significant positive correlation with stomata width.
