摘 要:为了探明盐胁迫对萱草生长及其相关生理特性的影响,采用水培试验,对重瓣大花萱草(Hemerocallis fulva var.florepleno)、玫瑰红萱草(Hemerocallis.fulva var.rosea)、黄花菜(Hemerocallis citrina)和大花萱草(Hemerocallishybriaa)在NaCl质量分数分别为0.0%,0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8%,1.0%的水溶液下的生长及相关生理变化进行了研究.结果表明:1)4个萱草材料在0.2%~0.6%的NaCl胁迫下,叶片伤害指数较小,根的生长只受到了轻微的抑制,胁迫后第20天,平均新根数≥3.67条;在0.8%~1.0%NaCl的胁迫下,叶片伤害指数较大,根系生长受到严重的抑制,并且还表现出了一定的基因型差异.以伤害指数和新根数量衡量萱草的耐受能力从大到小依次为重瓣大花萱草、大花萱草、黄花菜、玫瑰红萱草.2)在1.0%的盐(NaCl)胁迫下,随着胁迫时间的延长,萱草叶片中丙二醛(MDA)含量和质膜外渗率基本呈逐渐增加的趋势,这与形态观察指标测定的伤害程度相吻合,即盐胁迫下的MDA含量、质膜外渗率的变化可作为萱草耐盐性的鉴定指标.The effects on root and leaf growth of four Hemerocallis clones (Hemerocallis fulva vat. florepleno, Hemerocallis fulva var.rosea, Hemerocallis citrina, Hemerocallis hybrida) treated with different NaCl concentrations under water culture have been researched. The main results were as follows: (1) The four Hemerocallis clones treated with 0.2%-0.6% NaC1 showed lower injury index, their new root number ≥ 3.67, the injury of root and leaves were slighter; When treated with 0.8% - 1.0% NaCl, the four Hemerocallis clones showed higher injury index, new root growth were restrained, and their resistant capability of salt showed the genotype difference, from high to low was: Hemerocallis fulva var. florepleno 〉 Hemerocallis hybrida 〉 Hemerocallis citrina 〉 Hemerocallis fulva var.rosea.(2) With the prolongation of NaCl(1.0%)stress time , the change of MDA contents and membrane permeability showed gradually increasing trend. The result is consistent with the morphological identif icafion based on the number of new root and leaves injury index.
