60t转炉R8m弧连铸机结晶器水泵设计与研究

摘　　要：在对涟源钢铁集团有限公司60 t转炉R8 m弧连铸机结晶器水泵运行环境进行详细分析的基础之上,对R8 m弧连铸机结晶器水泵结构及电器控制系统载荷等方面进行了设计与研究。最终,实现了设计的结晶器水泵与60 t转炉和R8 m弧连铸机的最佳匹配。实际运行结果表明:60 t转炉R8 m弧连铸生产线运行稳定性大大提高,设备使用寿命延长,具有国内领先水平。By means of analyzing in detail running environment of crystallizer water pump of 60 t converter and R8 m arc conticaster in Liangang, the structure, electrical control system and loading of the crystallizer water pump of R8 m arc conticaster were researched. As a result, the optimal matching between R8 m arc conticaster and crystallizer water pump was perfectly achieved. The practical running results showed that the running stability and service life of the 60 t arc converter and R8 m arc conticaster were enormously increased, and where was leading level at home.
