摘  要:高炉炼铁技术发展已近顶峰,但也带来了三大矛盾。现代非高炉炼铁技术的各种新流程、新方法对炼铁技术的革命正悄悄进行。目前在技术上成熟并已成功地获得规模工业化应用的直接还原技术有MIDREX、HYL-Ⅲ等。FINMET、FASTMET、ITmk3等法有较强的竞争力,经改进完善后将具有良好的应用前景。据此,对几种已实现规模工业化生产的或最近报道较多的非高炉炼铁技术及流程进行介绍和评述。The development of the iron- making technique for non- blast furnace is closely summit, but at the same time it has brought three great conflicts to human society and environment. The revolution in iron- making technique by all kinds of new process and new methods are going along stealthily. For the moment, the MIDREX. HYL- Ⅲ etc. methods have best performance and were successfully commercialized.Moreover FINMET. FASTMET and ITmk3 etc.methods have also powerful competitive power and well application foreground after improvement.In view of the above, a few of direct reduction iron- making processes that have been successfully commercialized or frequently reported are introduced in this paper.
