摘　　要：大学文化是以培养人才为特征的育人文化,是质量发展和内涵建设的重要内容,对于大学建设和人才培养起着重要作用。高校建设和发展需要进行大学文化建设。大学精神是大学文化的核心和灵魂,培育大学精神是高校提升质量和办学水平的内在要求。As a training culture characterized by the nurturing of talents, university culture is an important element of quality development and connotation building and plays an essential role in the construction of the university and training of talents. The construction and development of the university requires the cultural construction. A university spirit is the core and soul of the university culture, the cultivation of which is the inherent requirement of its advancement of teaching qualities.
