固化剂用量对SF/UF共混复合材料力学性能的影响

摘  要:剑麻纤维(SF)经碱处理后与自制的低毒改性脲醛树脂(UF)、固化剂等原料进行捏合、模压成型,制成SF/UF共混复合材料,研究了不同固化剂用量对复合材料力学性能的影响:并用DSC对树脂进行了固化分析,采用扫描电镜(SEM)对材料的微观形貌进行了观察.结果表明,固化剂用量对复合材料的力学性能有较大影响:用量为1.0%时,复合材料的冲击强度达到12.39 kJ/m2,磨损体积仅为1.47×10 mm3,弯曲强度达到了55.24 MPa.Sisal fiber(SF)/UF composites are prapared by blending alkali-treated SF and self-synthesized ureaformaldehyde resin (UF), and then molded at certain conditions. The mechanical properties such as impact strength, flexural strength, wear resistance and Rockwell hardness of SF/UF composites in conditions of different curing agent content are tested. The change of curing agent content is studied by the DSC. Impact fracture surface and wear surface of the composites are also studied by the scanning electron microscopy (SEM). It is found that the dosage of curing agent has direct relationship with the mechanical properties. The results show that when curing agent content is 1.0%, the impact strength of the composites is up to 12. 39 kJ/m^2, wear resistance is the best, and the wear volume loss is just 1.47 mm^3, the flexural strength is 55.24 MPa.
