摘　　要：科技项目管理专家系统是针对企业申报项目进行风险分析、财务监督、进度监控,并向专家提供决策依据的专家系统。本文对申报科技项目企业所提供的项目数据、财务数据以及项目进度数据等进行分析和处理,引用框架、产生式规则与面向对象的知识表示方法对这些知识进行表示,从而为科技项目评估系统提供重要的决策支持依据。Science and technology management DSS is aimed at risk analysis, financial supervision and monitoring progress, It provides the basis for expert to make decision. Knowledge representation is an extremely important part of expert system. This paper analyzes and processes the project data, financial data and the progress data of the project which are provided by the enterprise who want to apply the scientific and technological funds. It uses frame, production rules and obJect-oriented technology to represent the knowledge and provides important basis for DSS.
