新型开清棉联合机的开发与应用

摘　　要：阐述了新型开清棉联合机的设计开发原理及工艺特点,对生产应用效果进行了分析.应用表明新型开清棉联合机所生产出的制成品的含杂、棉结、短绒率、正卷率和不匀率等指标均优于传统开清棉联合机.The design development principle and technology feature of new type Blowroom machinery are mainly expatiated, and the effect in production and application is analyzed. The application shows that the targets in percentage of foreign impurities, neps and linters, acceptable lap rate and unevenness etc. of products manufactured by new type Blowroom machinery are superior to that of traditional Blowroom machinery.
