整合政府农民培训资源的路径分析

摘　　要：培育新型农民迫切需要对政府农民培训资源进行整合,目前可以通过整合组织资源、整合培训目标、整合培训经费、整合无形资产、整合培训基地等路径来提高政府农民培训资源的使用效益。To train the new-type farmers, there is a urgent need to have all the governmental farmer-training resources intergrated, namely the intergration of the organization resource, the training targets, the training expenditure, the invisible property and the training bases, hence to prorate the efficiecy of the training of faro ers.
