摘 要:通过对纯PET长丝织物浸轧焙烘纳米TiO2整理液,使织物表面附着纳米TiO2颗粒,并对织物表面形貌用SEM观察,发现纤维表面覆盖有一层纳米级颗粒,呈局部分散与团聚的不均匀状态.用紫外线防护系统测试织物,发现整理后织物具有较好的抗紫外线效果,且当纳米TiO2含量在1.5%时,抗紫外线效果最好.对织物皂洗20次后测试其抗紫外线效果,发现织物具有较好的耐洗性.对整理前后织物服用性能测试对比发现,纳米TiO2整理织物对织物服用性能几乎无影响.The pure PET filament fabrics have been gained through padded and cured nanoscale TiO2 finish fluid, the surface of which is filmed nanometer TiO2 pellets. A coat of nanometer pellet on the fiber's surface has been seen by SEM, and the results presented non-uniformity station with some parts reunification and others separation. The treated fabrics have been tested by the ultraviolet ray protects system, and the results showed that better anti-ultraviolet ray effect is obtained after finished, when the content of nano-TiO2 is 1.5 % the anti-ultraviolet ray effect is the best. The fabrics have nice washing fastness after soaped 20 times. By contrasted the properties of fabrics before and after finished, the nano-TiO2 finish has almost no influence to the wearabilitv of fabrics.
