摘　　要：2007年11月，全国银行间货币和债券市场整体运行平稳。各市场成交量稳定增长；货币市场利率小幅上涨，3个月期限以下的货币市场利率波动性较大，呈倒“V”型走势，而3个月（含三个月期限）到1年期的货币市场利率则表现为稳定上扬。In November 2007, the national interbank money and bond market fared smoothly. Turnover expanded steadily in all the markets. Interest rates of the money market rose slightly. The rate of maturities below 3 months followed a reversed V-shaped path and experienced remarkable fluctuations; the rate of maturities from 3 months （included） to 1 year went up steadily.
