摘　　要：当前我国的法治状态不尽如人意,在相当范围内还存在无法可依、有法不依、法理不畅以及司法不独立和不公正等现象,这些现象的存在,严重影响了和谐社会的构建。At present, the rule of law in China is not efficient enough. For instance, there are no laws and rules to follow in certain fields. Some groups and people don′t abide by laws and regulations as they should do. Law is not conducted smoothly. Meanwhile there are judicial reliance and prejudice in some situations. The above phenomena severely hinder the construction of a harmonious society.
