摘  要:目的:探讨磁共振3DTOFMRA在颅内动脉瘤的临床诊断价值。方法:对59例3DTOFMRA怀疑为颅内动脉瘤的病例与DSA检查及手术结果对照。结果:3DTOFMRA发现59个病人共67个动脉瘤,53例病例经DSA检查,除1例DSA证实为假阳性、3例因血肿影响显示不如DSA外,其余48例MRA所见无论是瘤腔大小、生长方向、瘤体与载体动脉的关系均与DSA相似,58病例66个动脉瘤均经手术证实。结论:3DTOFMRA在诊断颅内动脉瘤效果较好,尤以VR成像效果好,可作为动脉瘤的首选检查方法或普查方法。objective:To assess the clinical applition value of 3DTOFMRA in the diagnosis of cerebral artery anneuysms. Methods: the 59 cases cerebral artery anneuysms suspected by 3DTOFMRA were compare with DSA and operation. Result: there are 67 cerebral artery, anneuysms is detected by 3DTOFMRA in 59 pietiens, 53 patients were undergone DSA,only one casaes is false positive , and 3 eases influenced by haematoma are less clearer than the DSA,the other 48 cases are similar with DSA in displaying the size, the grow derection and the relationshop to carrier artery of the artery anneuysm , all of 58 patients underwent operation treatment. Conclusion : 3DTOFMRA should be a very effective methods in diagnosing cerebral artery aneurysms,it should be the first detected methods.
