论濒危民俗文化知识产权行政保护管理机制——基于制度分析视角

摘　　要：目前,我国许多民间文化艺术形式正面临着割裂消失、甚至被异化的危险境地;中国传统的口头、形体和其他种类的艺术形式,譬如刺绣、印染、剪纸、雕刻、中医药、针灸等民俗文化遗产的生存发展和保护都面临困境。我国正式加入《保护非物质文化遗产公约》后,应当加强保护民俗文化遗产的行政管理机制,提高对民俗文化遗产保护和知识产权行政管理保护水平。At present, many forms of folk cultures in China are faced with the danger of disappearance or become alien. Traditional Chinese verbal or body art forms and other art forms, such as embroidery, dyeing, paper cutting, sculpture, Chinese medicine, acupuncture and moxibustion have certain problems in terms of existence, development and protection. After joining Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage, China shall reinforce the administrative mechanism to protect folk cultures and heritage and improve management standards.
