摘　　要：对武钢热轧厂４号加热炉液态出渣系统进行调查分析，发现出渣系统不能正常工作的根本原因乃出渣口温度偏低。试验研究找到了解决办法，即改变火封烧嘴的空气管路，提高供风温度。By investigating the system of liquid slag exhaust of heating furnace No.4 in WISCO,the reason leading the system unable to properly work has been discovered,and that was the tempreture of the slag exhausting hole was too low,as well as the optimal resolotion has been found,that is to change the air pipes of the slag exhausting hole burner and raise the air tempreture. The system of liquid slag exhaust gets to properly work.
