摘　　要：在受到胁迫的细胞中,PACT是PKR的蛋白激活剂。主要论述了PACT与PKR活化的研究进展,并且介绍了PACT与基因表达,PNA沉默和哺乳动物耳的发育等功能。PACT can activate PKR in response to cellular stresses. The review expatiated the advance in the study on PKR activated by PACT. It has also introduced other functions of PACT,such as PACT acting as regulator for other gene expressing,the role of PACT in the RNA silencing pathway and in mammalian ear development.
