摘　　要：湖南株洲冶炼集团股份有限公司根据锌沸腾焙烧生产工艺特点和对控制的要求,采用日本横河CS3000集散控制系统对原有系统进行了改造,文章着重介绍了该系统功能、软硬件配置和控制策略。According to characteristics of zinc ebullition and baking production process, and control re- quirement,CS3000 distributed control system, made in Yokogawa of Japan, was adopted to reform the old zinc ebullition and baking system. Application and development of the system is introduced. System functions, configuration of hardware and software, and control strategy are described in detail.
