摘　　要：通过系统分析,以及结合印染的特点,提出了印染生产线监控系统的总体架构。根据企业的实际情况,采用触摸屏和PC上位机组态软件的组合,设计与实现了适合印染企业的生产线监控系统,该系统具备印染生产线现场监控和集中式监控的能力。并对设计实现的一些技术细节进行了全面的探讨。系统的良好运行表明,该研究为印染行业的生产线监控系统提供了一种可行的解决方案。By analyzing the supervision system, combining to the characteristics of printing and dying industry, the architecture of supervision system of production line in printing and dying industry was put forward. According to the actual circumstance of company the supervision system of the production line with touching screen was designed and implemented, the spot supervision and centralized supervision of dying equipments were achived, Some key technique details were discussed deeply. The system＇s excellent performance denotes that the research can provide a practical solution for the production line supervision system for printing and dyeing industry.
