摘 要:目的探讨建立稳定的小体积(30%)大鼠肝移植模型的方法。方法SD大鼠为模型动物,体内切肝方法获取30%小体积供肝,采用改良二袖套法共完成100例大鼠小体积肝移植模型。结果小体积肝移植术后,受体2天和7天生存率分别为78%和62%。结论采用改良二袖套法结合体内切肝技术,可以建立稳定的小体积大鼠肝移植模型。熟练的显微外科技术和细致的操作是成功建立小体积大鼠肝移植模型的关键。Objective To investigate the method of establishing a reliable 30% small - for - size liver transplantation model in rats. Methods SD rats were used in the experiment ; 30% small - for - size grafts were obtained by hepatectomy ; 100 models of 30% small - for - size rat liver transplantation were established by using modified two - cuff technique. Results 2 - and 7 - day survival rates were 78% and 62% respectively. Conclusion The modified two - cuff technique plus hepatectomy in vivo is a practical and effective method to establish stable small - for - size liver transplantation models in rats. Skillful microsurgery and meticulous manipulation is the key to successful establishment of the model.
