摘 要:将脉冲电源和直流电源分别作为电凝聚处理废水的外加电源,拟试验探明电源对电凝聚处理废水的电能消耗的影响和相关参数的优化。试验结果表明,脉冲电源相对直流电源能更加有效降低阳极的超电位,减缓电极的极化,从而降低槽电压,进而有效地降低电能消耗。在试验条件下,脉冲频率对处理效果影响不显著,而脉冲占空比对处理效果有明显的影响,较合适的脉冲电源电凝聚处理废水的优化参数是:脉冲频率1000Hz、占空比60%。同时,对电解槽沉积絮凝物的处理进行了说明。Series of experiments were performed to determine the effects of energy source (pulse vs. constant direct current) on power consumption and effectiveness of electro coagulation treatment of a kitchen wastewater (COD = 400-700 mg/L). The pulse current mode was found to be more efficient than the constant current mode with a lower anode over-voltage, slower anode polarization, lower tank voltage, and less power consumption. The pulse frequency (500-2 000 Hz) had a small effect on the treatment performance, while the pulse cycle (400/00-800/00 on-duty) had a notable effect. The 1 000 Hz frequency with a 600/40 on-duty cycle pulse was most cost effective. The paper also presented three methods for periodical removal of flocculated matters settled in the treatment tank.
