摘 要:分析了采用变压力提高飞行器作动系统效率的可行性,针对单向泵+阀联合电动静液作动器(EHA)方案,提出了分级压力控制和负载敏感控制,并详细论述了工作原理。对变压力控制带来的系统特性改变问题,采用模糊PID控制算法对控制参数进行实时整定,仿真分析表明,系统的动特性得到了明显的改善。The feasibility of applying variable supply pressure to improve the efficiency of actuation system was analyzed. After compared some scheme of pump and valve combined, the multistage supply pressure control mode and load feedback control mode were presented, and their principles of work were discussed. In order to solve the problem of actuation system dynamic characteristic getting worse which is caused by variable supply pressure, fuzzy-PID was used to adjust control parameters. The results of simulation indicate that the actuation system dynamic characteristic is improved at different supply pressure.
