摘　　要：通过用氯代乙磺酸钠与胺类反应，合成了几种重要的磺酸型双离子生物缓冲剂，并对其进行了分析。Four sorts of sulfonate salt type zwitterionic buffers for biological research covering the range of p K a 6～8 have been synthesized and analyzed. These buffers were prepared by the reaction of amines with chloroethanesulfonate, a readily accessible and cheap starting material. Their important data of physical and chemical properties were determined.
