利用折流式超重力旋转床回收乙腈工艺的研究

摘　　要：设计了一套回收制药废液中乙腈的新工艺。通过加盐使乙腈-水分层,然后通过间歇操作得到乙腈产品。工艺中使用折流式超重力旋转床代替了传统的塔器,降低了设备成本和能耗。通过工厂实验得到乙腈产品纯度大于99.5%,收率为85%,水相中乙腈含量低于0.1%。A novel process of acetonitrile recovery from pharmaceutical effluent was designed. The effluent is separated into two phases by addition of salt, and acetonitrile-phase is purified by batch distillation. The replacement of conventional columns by the RZB（Rotating Zigzag Bed） decreases the equipment cost and energy consumption. The results of the plant： acetonitrile product purity is 99.5% by wt and the yield is 85%, acetonitrile is under 0.1% by wt in the water phase.
