摘 要:该文根据新业务预报流程的要求.在MICAPS平台中用T213/T106产品作场相似解释应用,制作实现了分县站点降水预报的方法。T213/T106产品要素选定了26个场。使用了数据库技术将1994—2000年共7 a的历史常规观测资料分析场进行存储。数据库技术可以快速地进行场相似系数的计算、排序比较和过程查找。运用相似预报原理将数值产品场到历史分析库中去查找相似的办法确定相似过程。在预报制作时设计了两种相似预报方案的输出。从全年11个月的评分检验来看,各站点均有10个月的SS1>0.而且多数月份的SS1具有较高的值。可以看出该方法具有较好的客观性、稳定性及预报效果。该方法已经投入贵州省黔东南州气象台的业务运行。According to the demand of new operational forecasting process,this study analyzed the explanative application of field similarity and set up the method of stational precipitation forecast in specific county. We chose 26 fields in the T213/106 products in the MICAPS platform. The analyzed fields of 7 years from 1994 to 2000 were stored by means of the technology of database,which can compute,arrange and compare the field similarity coefficient and inqure specific process quickly and effectively. Based on the similarity forecast principle, the numerical product field was put into historical analyzed database and found its similar field to detect the similar process. We designed two kinds of outputting program of similarity forecast. In point of examing results of 11 months of whole year,all of stations have ten months whose SS1 are great than 0,and the SS1 of most months are rather high scores. This method has been put into operational application in the meteorological observatory in the Qiandongnan prefecture of Guizhou province.
