摘 要:2007年8月间在浙江海洋学院水产养殖实验室内,开展了Zn2+、Cu2+、Hg2+、Cr6+对厚壳贻贝幼贝的急性毒性试验。结果表明:Zn2+、Cu2+、Hg2+、Cr6+对厚壳贻贝幼贝96 h的半致死质量浓度依次为2.333 mg/L,0.194 mg/L,0.120 mg/L,14.600 mg/L。厚壳贻贝幼贝对Zn2+、Cu2+、Hg2+、Cr6+的安全质量浓度分别为0.233 mg/L,0.019 mg/L,0.012 mg/L,1.460 mg/L。各重金属离子毒性强度为Hg2+>Cu2+>Zn2+>Cr6+。最后,还就Zn2+、Cu2+、Hg2+、Cr6+对厚壳贻贝幼贝的急性致毒效应与死亡跃变特征、厚壳贻贝幼贝对Zn2+、Cu2+、Hg2+、Cr6+的安全浓度进行了分析与探讨。The thesis studied on the acute toxicity of Cr^6+,Zn^2+,Hg^2+ on juvenile Mytilus coruscus were carried out under the water temperature of (27.2±1.0) ℃. The results showed that the median lethal concentrations (LC50) of Zn^2+, Cu^2+, Hg^2+and Cr^6+ for 96 h to juvenile Mytilus coruscus were 2.333 mg/L, 0.194 mg/L, 0.120 mg/ L and 14.600 mg/L respectively, safety concentrations(SC) of Zn^2+, Cu^2+ Hg^2+and Cr^6+ for 96 h were 0.233 mg/L, 0.019 mg/L, 0,012 mg/L and 1.460 mg/L respectively; the order of the toxicity of these heavy metals was Hg^2+〉 Cu^2+〉Zn^2+〉Cr^6+ in turn. Finally, the thesis talked about the acute toxicity effects, SC of Zn^2+、Cu^2+、Hg^2+ and Cr^6+ on juvenile Mvtilus coruscus.
