育珠细胞小片擦片方式对有核珍珠影响的试验

摘　　要：报导了海绵块擦细胞小片条、棉球擦细胞小片条和不擦3种处理细胞小片的方法,对三角帆蚌内脏团培育圆形有核珍珠质量影响的试验结果。试验表明,成珠率海绵块组96.3%>脱脂棉球组88.0%>不擦组79.2%;优珠率脱脂棉球组13.6%>海绵块组11.5%>不擦组0。这些差异,从统计学角度看没有明显区别,但从表观数据可见,无论是成珠率还是优珠率,育珠细胞小片用海绵块擦和脱脂棉球擦比不擦明显要高,表明小片不擦不利于有核珍珠的培育。The effects of mantle piece cleaned with sterilized sponge block, absorbent tampon and washing on the necleated pearl cultivated in visceral mass of freshwater pearl mussel Hyriopsis cumingli were first reported. The results showed that the forming rates of nucleated pearl were 96.3%, 88.0%, 79.2%, and the rates of high quality pearl were 11.5%, 13.6%, 0, respectively. There were no statistical differences among the three groups. However, it seemed better for nucleated pearl production to clean the mantle piece with sterilized sponge block or absorbent tampon than washing according to the appearance data.
