摘　　要：对中国石化海南炼油化工有限公司1.2Mt/a全循环加氢裂化装置的工程设计及工业标定进行了总结,简要介绍其工艺及工程技术特点,并对装置的工业运转标定结果作了简要分析,结果表明,反应器内汽液分配均匀、产品选择性好,能耗达到国内先进水平(1465.38～1800.32MJ/t)。说明工艺技术和工程设计是成功的,The engineering design and performance tests of a 24,000 bpsd hydrocracking unit in Hainan Refining ＆ Chemical Co. , Ltd. are discussed. The process and technical features are described and performance test results are analyzed. The analysis shows that the vapor and liquid are well distributed in the reactor, the product selectivity is good and energy consumption is at the advanced level in China （ 1 465.38 - 1 800.32 MJ/t）. These demonstrate that the process technology is state-of-the-art and engineering design is successful.
