摘　　要：建设中国特色社会主义是当今中国的时代主题,研究中国特色具有十分重要的理论意义和实践意义。"中国特色社会主义"命题的提出具有特定的理论起点、历史起点和现实起点;在长期实践中形成了"中国特色"的经济、政治和文化发展制度安排;在发展战略上根据中国的实际形成了分"三步走"基本实现现代化的发展战略,并不断丰富和发展。Building socialism with Chinese characteristics is the theme of modern China. It has important theory and practices significance to study Chinese characteristics. ＂Chinese characteristics socialism＂ has specific theory, history and reality starting point. In long term practice, economy, politics and culture developing regulations plan with Chinese characteristics have taken sharp. In developing strategy, according to Chinese reality, government implements ＂three steps＂ policy to realize modernization, while enriches it more and more.
