摘  要:利用GiemsaC-分带和荧光原位杂交(FISH)的方法对岷江百合(L.regale)根尖染色体进行了研究。结果表明岷江百合的带型公式为:2n=24=4I+8CI++2I++6I++2I+T++2I+T+,每条染色体都显示出了可以明显区别的特征带,带纹强弱差异明显。以45SrDNA为探针对岷江百合根尖染色体进行了荧光原位杂交,杂交点数为5对,分别位于A、B、H和K4对同源染色体的着丝点区域和一对G染色体的长臂上。通过GiemsaC-带和FISH的方法可以将岷江百合的每条染色体区分开来。Giemsa C-banding and FISH analysis of the Minjiang lily chromosomes (Lilium regale) from root tips were carried out in this research. The results showed that the C-banding karyotype would be 2n=24=4I+8CI++2I++ 6I^++2I^+T++2I+T^+. The specific C-banding points on each chromosome could be distinguished and the differences of C-banding intensity also could be recognized. 45S rDNA was used as probe for FISH analysis (fluorescence in situ hybridization), and 5 couples of hybridization signals were displayed on the chromosome centrimere of chromosome A, B, H, K and the long arm of G chromosome. In this research we has a conclusion that Minjiang lily chromosomes can be easily distinguished and identified by Giemsa C-banding and FISH approaches.
