摘　　要：从多方面分析了排版校对过程中容易产生的差错,并从编辑应具备的计算机素养、排版软件所具有的功能及校对技巧出发,提出了如何防止这类差错发生的具体措施.It was analyzed commonly made mistakes in computer proof reading from several aspects, in order to avoid these mistakes some strategies were proposed concerning about editors＇ computer operating ability, editing software＇s function and technique in computer proof reading.
