摘　　要：我国是人民民主专政的社会主义国家,实行人民民主专政符合国家的根本利益和要求。社会主义法治国家必须把党的领导、人民民主和严格执法办事三者结合起来,这就要求我们牢固树立社会主义法治理念,加强党的政法队伍建设;做到依法治国同社会主义精神文明建设紧密结合,同步推进,保障我国特色社会主义建设的伟大事业顺利发展。China is the people＇s democratic dictatorship, the socialist state, the people＇s democratic dictatorship in line with the fundamental interests of the country and demands. A socialist country ruled by law must turn the party＇s leadership, the people＇s democratic and strict enforcement handle these combine, This requires us to firmly establish the socialist concept of rule of law, strengthening the party＇s political and legal construction; the country according to the socialist spiritual civilization construction, simultaneously, protection of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, the smooth development of the great cause.
