健康体检人群健康价值与生活方式的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的了解体检人群的健康价值和生活方式及两者的相关性,指导护理人员有针对性地对体检人群进行健康教育,以提高其健康价值,改善生活方式。方法采用Wallston健康价值量表和健康促进生活方式量表对1 236例健康体检者进行问卷调查,并对两量表的结果进行Pearson相关分析。结果本组健康体检者健康价值量表评分(9.06±1.91)分,其中88.11%的体检者有高水平的健康价值;生活方式量表得分(128.47±17.96)分,其中41.67%的体检者有优或好的生活方式;体检人群的健康价值与生活方式呈正相关(r=0.126,P<0.001)。结论健康体检人群健康价值水平与生活方式呈正相关,但相关性很小,提示该人群虽有高水平的健康价值,但对生活方式重视不够,并未做到知行合一。应加强健康教育,促使其自觉采纳健康的生活方式,预防和延缓疾病的发生。Objective To study the correlations between health value and lifestyle among healthy people having health examination to raise their health value and improve their lifestyle. Methods Wallston Health Value Scale and Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile were used to carry out investigation over 1 236 healthy people having health examination. The results were treated with Pearson correlation analysis. Results By the value scale, The score was （9.06±1.91） and 88.11% of them lived with higher health value. By the lifestyle scale, the score was （128.47±17.96） and 41.67% of them lived with a better lifestyle. There was a positive correlation between the total scores of health value and lifestyle （r=0.126, P〈0.001）. Conclusion The correlations between health value adn lifestyle were very low. They lived with higher health value but worse lifestyle. Therefore, Nurses should enhance health education to help them to live with a healthy lifestyle, prevent and delay the occurrence of diseases.
