广西老年住院患者对病区安全设施评价情况调查

摘　　要：目的了解老年住院患者对所在病区安全设施的评价情况,为规范老年住院患者的安全护理提供依据。方法就病区内安全设施配置及病区设施的安全性问题,对广西6所三级甲等医院431例老年住院患者进行问卷调查,并对影响患者对病区设施评价的因素进行多元回归分析。结果在病区已配备相应安全设施的情况下,38.2%患者认为无环境安全警示标识,38.0%认为无地面防滑设施,37.8%认为无卫浴紧急呼叫装置,37.6%认为无厕所扶手。在对病区设施安全性主观评价上,患者认为不安全的前3项是:患者服饰、灯具开关、用具摆放。影响患者对病区设施安全性评价的因素是住院科别和患者的文化程度。结论病区内安全设施对于老年患者尚有欠缺,老年患者对病区设施的安全性评价不高。医务人员应对老年患者加强关于正确认识与使用设施的健康教育。Objective To study the assessment on ward safety facilities for elderly inpatients so as to provide a basis for standardizing safe nursing for elderly inpatients. Methods 431 elderly inpatients from 6 First-class Grade A hospitals in Guangxi participated in our survey by questionnaire on the installation of safety facilities in wards. The factors affecting the assessment by the patients were analyzed with multiple regression analysis. Results Under the conditions that the wards were equipped with safety facilities, 38.2% of them thought there were no safety warning signs and 38.0% thought there were no antiskid stuffs, 37.8% thought there were no emergency call in the toilets, and 37.6% thought there were no toilet rails and corridor rails. Subjectively, they all agreed on the first three unsafe factors of clothing for patients, switches of lights and placement of utensils. The factors affecting the assessment by the patients included the different departments where they were treated and their education backgrounds. Conclusion The safety facilities are in short for the elderly inpatients and their assessment on the safety facilities is not high. The medical workers should enhance health education on how to use safety facilities.
