心肌致密化不全心肌病13例临床诊断分析

摘　　要：目的探讨心肌致密化不全心肌病的临床诊断和确诊方法。方法对经彩色多普勒超声确诊为心肌致密化不全心肌病的13例患者临床资料进行总结分析。结果经彩色多普勒超声确诊前，误诊为冠心病2例，扩张型心肌病4例，心尖肥厚型心肌病3例，非对称性肥厚型心肌病1例，先天性心脏病房间隔缺损1例、室间隔缺损1例，风湿性心脏病1例。结论心肌致密化不全心肌病在临床上较少见，临床症状和体征无特殊性，容易漏诊和误诊，彩色多普勒超声检查可以明确诊断。Objective To retrospectively analysis clinical diagnosis state of affairs with exceptive types of noncom paction of ventricular myocardium （NVM） cardiomyopathy. Methods Thirteen hospitalized patients data with noncom paction of ventricular myocardium cardiomyopathy were collected and summarily analyze, which were made a definite diagnosis by chromatic doppler ultrasou. Results Before a definite diagnosis by chromatic doppler ultrasou, 13 patients were given some diagnosises, as follows ：2 coronary heart diseases,4 dilated cardiomyopathies ,3 hypertrophic cardiomyopathies in apex of heart, 1 asymmetric hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, 1 atrial septal defect and 1 ventriaular septal defect congenital cardiovascular diseases, 1 rheumatic hearts disease. Conclusion We saw little of noncom paction of ventricular myocardium cardiomyopathy in clinical work. There is no particularity of clinical symptom and physical sign about NVM cardiomyopathy. It is easily made a missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis and can be given a definite diagnosis by chromatic doppler ultrasou check.
