摘  要:目的提取分离当归中多糖,考察其药动学特性。方法水提醇沉及Sevag法分离纯化当归多糖,以分离所得多糖的量为指标考察最优的分离纯化条件,以血清指纹图谱法考察其药动学特性。结果当归多糖水提醇沉的最佳条件为醇沉浓度80%,醇沉密度1.2,醇沉次数1次。结论当归多糖用血清指纹图谱结合欧氏距离可较好的反映其药动学特征。Objective To extract the Angelica sinensis(Oliv.)Diels and investigate the property of its pharmacokinetic. Methods The polysaceharides were separated by water-extraction and alcohol-precipitation method and characterize the polysaceharides by the Sevag method. The quantity of polysaceharides had been taken as index to investigate the optimal conditional. The propert.y of it's pharmacokinetic had been investigated by serum fingerprint. Results The optimum process was established as following: utilizing concentration of ethanol for 80 %; utilizing density of polysaceharides for 1.2; utilizing alcohol-precipitation times for 1. Conclusion The pharmacokinetical property of polysaceharides can be estimated by the date of serum fingerprint.
