摘　　要：更年期妇女健康管理是新兴的一种健康促进手段,是通过对围绝经期妇女群体和个体所出现程度不同的临床症状和体征及亚健康问题,在妇女保健门诊进行监测、分析、评估、提供医学健康咨询和指导及健康维护的整个过程。通过实践证明健康管理不仅能及时有效的防治更年期妇女的身心疾病,也是预防老年退行性疾病和提高晚年生活质量的重要基础。Health management for postmenopausal women is a new method of health promotion. It is an integrated process of monitoring, analysis, assessmtent, providing medical consultation and instruction, and health keeping for varied degrees of clinical symptoms and signs and sub-healthy state of postmenopausal population or individuals. It is proved that health management not only can prevent and treat mental and physical diseases of postmenopausal women, but also is an important basis for preventing senile degenerative diseases and improving quality of senile life.
