摘　　要：[目的]探讨减轻非腹部肿瘤病人便秘的有效护理措施。[方法]将60例具有便秘危险因素的非腹部肿瘤病人随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组针对病人便秘发生的相关因素采取系统化护理干预措施。对照组仅按疾病的护理常规进行护理。[结果]两组便秘发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]对非腹部肿瘤病人采取系统化护理干预措施,能减少病人便秘的发生,全面提高病人生活质量。Objective： To probe into the effective measures for relieving constipation of patients with non- abdominal tuner. Methods： A total of 60 non- abdominal tumor patients who had constipation risk factors were randomly divided into test and control group. Systematic nursing intervention measures were carried out for patients of test group based on their related factors of constipation. However, routine nursing care was provided for control group cases. Results： In terms of the occurrence of constipation, there was statistical significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Systematic nursing intervention mea- sures for non - abdominal tumor patients can decrease the occurrence of constipation of them and enhance their quality of life in overall.
