摘　　要：通过对科学发展观的学习、结合自身的专业研究方向和所从事的项目开发与任务管理工作实际,提出针对军事电子信息装备及火控、指控技术装备实现创新发展的几点认识,期望得到同行与专家的指导与帮助。This paper proposes the understandings of innovative development of military electronic information equipments, fire control and command control technologies and equipments based on study on the scientific outlook on development, integrating research directions with the actual project development and mission management practices.
