摘　　要：随着国际工程的飞速发展,国际工程中的争端也越来越频繁,争端处理成为国际工程的一个重点。本文介绍了国际工程主要的几种争端解决方式,并着重分析了在国际工程中得到广泛应用的国际咨询工程师联合会的新版的合同条件所提出的DAB方式。并借鉴DAB/DRB方式解决争端的机制,提出了完善我国建设工程争端解决方式的一些建议和措施,以适应我国加入WTO带来的国际挑战。With the fast development of international projects, the disputes of international projects happen frequently, so how to settle these disputes becomes a focal point in the field of international projects. This paper introduces several ways of solving disputes of international projects and mainly analyzes the DAB method which is applied by the FIDIC new contract conditions which are widely used in international projects. We profits from the mechanism of the DAB/DRB methods solving disputes and put forward some proposals and measures to consummate the methods of solving construction disputes in our country, in order to copes with the international challenge after we joined the WTO.
